Exchange Policy – STELLLO EMPRESS

We want you to love your purchase from STELLLO EMPRESS. In case you face any issue with size or product, we offer exchange only.

1. Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

  • A proper unboxing video (from opening the parcel to showing the product clearly) is mandatory for every exchange request.

  • No returns and no refunds are provided under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges are not accepted for innerwear, accessories, or discounted/sale items.

2. Exchange Process

  • Request an exchange via email at stellloempressofficial@gmail.com or call +91 7835004818.

  • Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for exchange.

  • Once approved, our team will provide the return address and instructions.

  • Customer must send the product back securely to the provided address.

3. Exchange Terms

  • Only size exchanges are allowed, subject to availability of stock.

  • If the required size is unavailable, the product can be exchanged for another product of the same value (no refunds or credit).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The exchanged item will be dispatched once the returned product passes our quality check.
